Staff receive and manage Fairway Flow orders through the Fairway Flow merchant dashboard, on any compatible internet-connected device you already have — no new POS system or hardware to buy.
Use your existing menu
Fairway Flow can configure your venue's products, pricing and availability for online ordering — using the menu you already offer, not a new one you have to build from scratch.
You're in control
Authorised staff open and close ordering whenever you need to, mark items sold out in real time, and move each order from placed through to ready and collected — all from the same dashboard. Order history and refunds are there when you need them too.

Simple commercial model
Fairway Flow charges an agreed percentage on successful online orders. Pay-at-pickup orders don't attract a Fairway Flow transaction fee. We'll confirm your rate before you start.
Stripe, our payment processor, charges its own separate processing fee on online payments — that's between you and Stripe, not part of Fairway Flow's fee.
